Last year we had the opportunity to assist to the Avant premiere "Follow your dream" at Event Cinemas Tauranga organise by Mark Sandoval.
'Follow your Dream' premiere 2019 at Event Cinemas Tauranga
This event was made to feature short films & videos from local creatives in our community here in the Bay Of Plenty region and many collaborators from Auckland and Wellington.
This year Mark Sandoval, in conjunction with other filmmakers such as Rob Pavez (Mount TV), Grayson Straker (Grayson Strakers Films), and Carina Heintz (Photographer), are taking the event to the next level.
This year “Create the Dream” will be hosted by Event Cinemas in Tauriko with a capacity of 300 people. Mark says that this year they have tripled the number of assistants and allowing a longer time to showcase local video content to around 2 hours.
Rob Pavez, founder of Mount TV, says this is a fantastic opportunity to get the Bay of Plenty filming community together, meet new people, network and find your next filming crew.
